Letters sent, ca. 1820-1867.

Nine brief letters, in French or English, discussing arrangements for various works. In one letter Marochetti expresses his disappointment that an equestrian piece he is working on might not be included in the exhibition for which he is specifically executing it. In a letter to Mssrs. Dobson and Morley (Nov. 4, 1866) he urges the completion of the work for a monument to William Burkitt. An engraved portrait clipping of Marochetti is also included in the collection.
